The Feather River Land Trust (FRLT) is seeking a Membership & Grants Coordinator. As a core member of the Fund Development team and the backbone of FRLT’s fund development operations, their key responsibilities are to manage the FRLT donor database and coordinate the management of grants. They will also create and send donor acknowledgments, generate reports and analyses, and coordinate FRLT’s fundraising appeals by mail. This position reports to the Development Director and will provide general administrative support to the Development team. This role is well-suited to someone with several years of experience working with databases (preferably for a nonprofit) AND/OR good grant writing and analytical skills, with an ability to learn new databases and systems quickly. An ideal Coordinator is well organized, enjoys working with data, has strong attention to detail and good communication skills, and can work effectively to meet deadlines.
This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week. The position requires working on-site at the FRLT main office in Quincy, CA and involves processing donations, printing materials, and other duties that must be done from the office. A partially remote schedule may be permitted once an employee has demonstrated strong performance and an ability to work independently offsite without adverse impacts.
The starting salary range for this position is $26.50 to $30.70 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. The benefits package includes daily paid time for personal wellness. After 60 days, employees are eligible to enroll in Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance (50% premium paid), and after 90 days are eligible to take accrued PTO and enroll in FRLT’s retirement program (SIMPLE IRA with 3% matching). This is a full-time hourly, non-exempt position.
