2024 Conference Registration
The California Land & Water Conservation Conference is the premier statewide meeting for anyone working in the field of land and water conservation, including land trust staff and board members, public agency staff, policy makers, experts, private landowners interested in conserving their land, and other individuals interested in these important issues. The conference, to be held at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Sacramento, features topics related to land acquisition and conservation easements, land stewardship, agricultural easements and working lands, funding opportunities, community conservation, and advocacy.

The full conference schedule is available here and includes plenary sessions, networking, breakout training on acquisition, stewardship, agriculture, and community conservation. The conference will open at 9am on Monday, March 18 with our opening plenary, and will close on March 19 by 4:30pm, with a no-host reception following. Registration includes continental breakfast and snacks both days, and lunch on Tuesday. Monday night dinner will be offered at an additional cost and will include dinner and a beverage, and access to the CCLT Award ceremony.

Land Trust Advocacy Day
CCLT and our Lobbying firm, Pacific Policy Group (PPG), will be hosting a land trust advocacy day at the state capitol, Wednesday, March 20, from 8am-3pm. This is an exciting opportunity to meet with your legislators and key staff working on natural resources policy and funding, and talk about your projects and issues affecting your organization. CCLT and PPG will provide you with the guidance and information you will need for a successful day. Advocacy Day is included as part of your conference registration.
