JOB DESCRIPTION
The Fundraising Program Manager will implement LCSLO’s fundraising activities in close collaboration with the Engagement team. They will be responsible for maintaining and promoting ongoing private giving; cultivating a portfolio of major donors; managing major donor events; growing and supporting LCSLO’s planned giving program; and working closely with leadership staff, the Board of Trustees, and the Development Committee to increase private giving and promote a “culture of appreciation” throughout the organization. This is a full-time exempt position with a benefits package including health insurance, 401K plan with company match, Paid Time Off (PTO), paid holidays, and dental and vision plans.
