Thank you to all of our attendees, speakers, and sponsors for making the 2024 Land & Water Conservation Conference a success.
- Over 300 people attended the conference.
- Sessions included Carbon Sequestration, Returning Beneficial Fire to the Landscape, Regenerative Agriculture, Working with Indigenous Partners, How to Manage Endowments, Housing and Conservation, Prevailing Wage, Equity in Conservation, and more.
- A cohort of CCLT members joined us at the Capitol to meet with legislative staff and elected officials to introduce legislators and their staff to CCLT, educate them about land trusts and the work they do, and advocate for funding and especially a climate resilience bond. We met with 29 offices.
