The Ojai Valley Land Conservancy (OVLC) is seeking a Restoration Field Manager to lead a restoration field crew and manage restoration field operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in ecological restoration and experience implementing restoration projects and supervising teams in the field. The Restoration Field Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily restoration activities of OVLC’s field crew, conducting site monitoring, ensuring the completion of projects on schedule, and providing guidance to team members.
