Training for Certified Real Estate Appraisers on State Appraisal Specifications for Conservation

Conservation land and easement appraisal assignments present significant opportunities and responsibilities for California appraisers. However, relatively few professionals actively pursue these assignments. Please join us for a one-day seminar on this important topic, featuring two of the most experienced conservation appraisers in California. This seminar is designed for experienced appraisers who wish to deepen their knowledge and broaden their competency, as well as seasoned conservation appraisers interested in sharing and refining their expertise. Land trust staff and public agency appraisal reviewers are also encouraged to attend and contribute their valuable perspectives.
This training seminar and reduced registration fees are made possible through a grant from the California Wildlife Conservation Board and the collaborative efforts of the California Council of Land Trusts and the California Chapter of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers.
