The California Land & Water Conservation Conference is the premier statewide meeting for anyone working in the field of land and water conservation, including land trust staff and board members, Tribal leaders, public agency staff, policy makers, experts, private landowners interested in conserving their land, and other individuals interested in these important issues. The conference features topics related to land acquisitions and conservation easements, land stewardship, agricultural easements and working lands, funding opportunities, community conservation, and advocacy.
Building a More Inclusive Conservation Movement
A diversity of voices, experiences, and leadership strengthens conservation and helps ensure lasting, equitable outcomes for people and the land. To help increase participation and representation, we are offering a limited number of scholarships for Indigenous and BIPOC participants. Please reach out to us at conference@calandtrusts.org to learn more.
