Panel Session Panel Sessions bring together multiple speakers to explore a specific topic from different angles. Moderators guide the discussion to highlight key lessons, challenges, and innovative practices, followed by audience Q&A. This format is ideal for showcasing varied expertise and sparking dialogue among practitioners.

Circle Session Circle Sessions are peer-led conversations that emphasize open dialogue and shared learning. In this collaborative space, everyone’s experience contributes to the discussion, making it an ideal format for exploring emerging topics, sharing approaches, and strengthening professional connections.

Lightning Talks Lightning Talks feature a series of brief, high-energy presentations—typically 5–10 minutes each—that highlight innovative projects, lessons learned, or creative conservation solutions. This format offers a fast-paced way to share insights, inspire new thinking, and celebrate diverse work happening across the conservation community.
