- The US Mountain Bicycling Association Trail Accelerator Grants (due April 30) provide professional services, including trail planning and design consultation services, valued between $10,000 and $30,000 to help recipients launch their trail-development efforts.
- The National Trust for Historic Preservation: Hart Family Fund for Small Towns Grants Program (due May 1) provides seed funding for preservation projects in small towns, including planning, education, and outreach activities.
- The Network for Landscape Conservation Catalyst Fund Program (due May 16) provides financial and capacity-building support to nonprofit landscape conservation partnerships.
- The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Targeted Brownfields Assessment Program (Rolling) conducts free brownfields assessments, such as phase I and phase II environmental site assessments, to units of government, tribes, and nonprofit organizations to provide a better understanding of potential contamination issues and to assist in redevelopment planning.
- The CDFW Beaver Conflict Resolution Grant Opportunity: Nature Based Solutions: Beaver Restoration (Rolling) supports the implementation and promotion of human-beaver coexistence strategies, such as non-lethal beaver damage deterrence, in support of ecosystem restoration and protection.
- The Rural Community Assistance Corporation Community Facilities Loan Program (Rolling) offers short-term loans for community-facility development in rural communities, including early property acquisition and predevelopment, interim construction costs, and long-term permanent financing.
